We’re also wanting to get a partition wall installed in the living room as we don’t like how there’s no separation from the hallway/front door. Finally, we are considering having all our flooring replaced rather than sanded down. Approx 48 square meters.
Kitchen sink replacement

I am looking for someone to replace my kitchen sink and tap. Currently there is a metal sink and draining board which I would like to replace with a ceramic equivalent - see example attached. Happy to either buy the sink and tap and just pay for installation, or buy this / similar looking product from the installer. The current sink has the following measurements: Depth 33.5cm Width 36cm Depth of basin 13cm The sink unit including the draining board has the following measurements: Depth 43.5cm Width 86cm The countertop has a depth of 61cm. Most ceramic sinks I have looked at online have a larger measurement, so it may be that some of the worktop (wood) needs cutting out to allow for this. There is also some water-damaged wood behind the sink which I would like to replace and cover with tiles.

Roof of top floor flat has been leaking. Can’t get onto roof y fix, so just need to manage it from inside, which I know will only be temporary. Installing kitchen worktop (laminate)

I have a new, L-shaped laminate worktop that needs to be fitted (two pieces). The worktop already has holes cut for the hob and sink. It also has the mitre joint cut for the attachment at the corner. The joint needs to be moved 70mm as it is off. The existing worktop was already removed and has been put back temporarily so there won't be a need to work on removing it without damaging the tiles behind it. Dimensions: - Piece 1: 1680mm x 600mm - Piece 2: 1950 mm x 600mm - Thickness 40mm (standard)
