He isn't totally detail-focused (he installed a step, which ended up being much higher than expected as he didn't clarify how thick the wood required should be)but he is tidy and efficient and left clear aftercare instructions to make sure everything set well.

The previous tenants put up scaffolding in the back garden and put boards on top of it, to create a canopy. The scaffolding is only one level, but I’ve had an operation on my knee, so I can’t get on top of it and take out the screws in the boards and dismantle it. I’d just need the boards to be dismantled, as I already have a scaffolder that will remove the scaffolding. Can you please help? Many thanks, John
