The drapes that cover a large part of the store in a London retail space require steaming. They are roughly 3.7m tall and reach to the floor. The drapes cover most of the wall. We have hired a platform, there will be no problem reaching the curtains, we can also hire a steamer for the job, unless you might have one avaialble. I have attached some photos of the curtains and a rough floor plan that shows where the drapes are in the store. We have hired the platform for a week, so would need the work to be completed in that time. Please let me know if you have any questions. I have set the task at £200 but am happy to take quotes. Hi, Airtaskers. I require help building a new fit out for a store display window in central London. We have one display window that we would like to update. Currently there is a box sitting in place, and we would like to construct an interior 'box' on top of it that we can display products in. We think the best way to do this is by creating an MDF ‘box’ and then painting it. We would also need to remove the curtain to the left and paint the top of the pillar. We would set this box on top of the existing wood box. The MDF 'box' would need to come all the way up to the window and cover the 'skirting'. The three options we are thinking are below. We would love to hear your advice/thoughts on any of these. It would be amazing to have a quote/cost for each solution if possible (we can discuss in chats) 1.⁠ ⁠Place an MDF board just at the back, either near the glass or attached to the back of the existing wood box, then place one on top of the existing box 2.⁠ ⁠⁠Place an MDF board at the back of the box, one on top, with another ‘wall’ at the far side to box the space in 3.⁠ ⁠Created a ‘joined’ box that slots into the space. This would be made all of MDF and be connected together. We have paint available, but do not have any other materials. I have set the task price at £1,000 but am expecting quotes. I have a number of tasks for the new London retail store for luggage brand Carl Friedrik. As below: - We require staining of a wooden floor to match the colour of a wooden plinth that we have in the display window. The wooden area is roughly 4m wide and 1m deep. There are two windows. The wood will need to prepared, oiled and stained

We need talented assembly help: We have a heavy duty work bench which needs assembly for the store room upstairs above our shop. It came as a flat-pack from KJN manufacturer with aluminium legs and the main rectangular structure and with mdf table top, which screws in place. It is large and heavy! The top table layer and the under shelf are made of 2 pieces, cut in mdf; each piece is approx 124 x 122cm; so the whole dimension of the work table, once completed should be approx 248cm long and 122cm wide. We don’t have a drill or any work tools! Also we managed to lift all the metal parts and one of the 4 table tops up the stairs, but I am defeated by the rest - we need strong help taking up the remaining 3 table tops. They just fit within the space of the staircase.
