Sand down x6 Ikea "Skruvby Cabinet" doors. I have already filled in the vertical grooves on each of the doors. Manual sanding is taking too long and scratching through to the cheaper plywood. I need someone to visit the property to measure up the 5 doors required. This would be done between now and 3rd January. Then, the week beginning 9th January, hang and fit the 5 doors. 5 overhead closers to be fitted to the doors too. (I would have preferred Perko closers, but I have read that they give a lot of trouble and i want an easy life). The measurements given must be precise, as the doors will be custom-made and timelines are tight, so there won't be time to send the doors back to be resized. The doors will be pre-routed for intumescent strips, the measurements need to be spot on the first time around to save time and hassle. One further thing to note, I do not know if the current door jam will need cutting down, it is possible that the current doors may be 30mm thick, and fire doors 40mm thick, so some adjusting of the door jam may be necessary.
