The last level shelf should be put at around 90-95 cm height from the ground, as we dont want it taller than that. With two openings/sliding doors/hinges, etc at the back and front at the first 3 levels (bottom up). I have added a rough sketch, please feel free to ask any questions.

The chair needs a quick fix The wooden chest needs bigger repair from bottom to the cover.. I think it may need to be taken in a carpenter shop.

Our farm table is too large to bring upstairs so needs to be taken apart then reassembled in place. Also, when seated to eat, the apron rubs against knees, so if possible, a carpenter could alter the table apron by cutting some of it off and finishing it to be not quite as low where a person's knees are when seated. - Due date: Flexible
