I have an existing quartz worktop that I’d like repurposed for a new kitchen (if possible) Current worktop dimensions attached. I’d need the workshop holes recut for a bigger sink and the width reduced by about 10cm. Would probably need to be collected, cut off site and refitted.

Need a full-height partition (with doors) made from scratch for a recessed space in room. It is basically only a frame with doors, as shown in the pictures attached. We want to install some existing 800mm deep metal shelves inside this space (see image), so internal shelving or partitioning is not needed. Ideally a matt white finish is needed for the frame and doors, avoiding laminates etc. Want to avoid anything that comes off in time due to humidity and or temperature changes. There is high skirting on both sides and some side-space may need to be filled by the frame as doors are 0.5m each, i.e. covering around 2m of the 2.6m full width. I’m assuming a central post will be needed to create a two-part frame (see dark blue lines in image), unless a full unobstructed opening is possible for this size somehow (e.g. with sliding doors?). This can be done in wood carpentry unless some form of metal framing is better and/or cheaper for such partitioning – open to suggestions. The walls, floors, and ceilings are not precisely plumb/90 degree angles, so some fillers/finer adjustments will be required for the frame to be attached to walls, floor, and ceiling. Main questions are: 1. What option would be best for this situation 2. How much will it cost total (material + labour) 3. How many days will it take to complete 4. Is it possible to do with minimum disruption on site as the room is in daily use, i.e. Can the work be done outside/elsewhere and brought in for final assembly etc. Please get in touch with quotes and responses to the above points. Dear Mr,Mrs, I would like to change an unused space in my kitchen that contained a former hot water tank. The water tank is now removed and I would like to convert that space into a drawer or shelf with a door in the kitchen. That space is enclosed by a plywood board on the left side with a door on the left, load bearing masonry on the back of the space and 5cm thick non load bearing concrete block on the front side and right side. I would need to cut through the front partition (keeping a certain width to support 2 pipes fixed onto the wall , then apply some plaster and paint inside of the cupboard, remove the door in the plywood on the left, and fill the void to make the left side stronger. Add some shelfs inside the cupboard, and finally install a cupboard door at the front with magnet system to close the door or equivalent. Could you please give me a quote for the works?
