Hi there, I am reposting this task as the previous one I assigned this task to didn't turn up for the job. I would need help with replacing the balcony boards a few of them have been severely damaged by the weather and one of them crashed. There are 44 boards in total. I will need help in buying the boards as well. I would also like the balcony's handrail to be sanded and repainted. It would be great if you could come and see the balcony to take measurements as one of the boards is slightly smaller than the others and some are a bit shorter. The budget I am proposing is an estimate, and the purchase of the boards is of course on top. A few notes below: - The job needs to be done over the weekend (I can be flexible on which weekend though) - Wembley gets quite busy on Saturday afternoon, therefore I would advise to start the job no later than 9am - I would like composite boards - The pricing needs to include the waste removal - The boards will need to be pre-cut as I live in a small flat and there isn't any space to get the boards cut here - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 5 November 2022

The rain and the weather have damaged my wooden balcony. I need it to be cleaned and repainted, to protect it as much as possible from the rain. A couple of wooden floor probably need to be replaced. The size of the balcony is about 4.4 metres x 66 cms. Happy to provide more details and photos.
