Two alcoves that require shelving Skirting on one wall 4 drawers for cupboards

Have 3 cabinets/closets that just have a very disgusting carpet floor at the bottom (roughly 1 meter wide, 60 cm deep), so i would love to "Install" wooden boards that can be removed when i am leaving the flat. Either natural wood or white. Space is not exactly in right angles, and on one corner a protruding wall edge needs to be spared out.

Need a carpenter to install window sill/board on this mezzanine floor. Currently the edge is uneven so it will require some work/skill to install. Will need to buy the window board (or advise me what to order online and return to instal once it’s delivered).

I would like help to build a boiler cover in the bathroom for the boiler below. Ideally with a door for easy access to the boiler. Some idea of how it can look like as per the links provided. Need Painting done to seal water leakage stains in my flat. You may need to sand paper the areas, put fine filler, stain block and then paint it!
