I have an old piano stool bought in a junk shop. Not worth much and I could by a new one for £50 BUT it is exactly the right size and shape for what I need and now the bottom ply has cracked and fallen out and also the ply on the top opening lid. The top piece of ply is easy enough to replace but the bottom/base piece looks to have been fitted inside the frame making this impossible to refit without taking the stool apart, unless a bottom piece is tapped in with the four corners cut out to work around the legs this not having to take the stool apart. Anyway this approach makes it a tiny bit more than I would do myself. Please let me know if this can be fixed for a reasonable amount (not more than a new piano stool!) - Due date: Flexible
