Dismantled old, rotten decking and shed last weekend. Looking for someone to remove the wood from the front and back of the house. There’s no rear access, so all the wood in the back needs to be taken through the house.

The decking across the back door in the garden needs removing and replacing with a concrete patio.

Build a Decking/Grid Base: Construct a stable base (approx. 5m x 5m rhombus-shaped area 22.5m²) to support a pre-made log cabin shed. Option 1: Build a treated timber decking base with joists and decking boards. Ensure the base is level, durable, and weather-resistant. Note: Please quote for labor and material costs for the base. If decking boards are more economical, I can source them 2. Assemble a Pre-Made Log Cabin Shed: Assemble the Rhine log cabin (4m x 4m size) as per manufacturer instructions. Install all parts securely, including walls, roof, and windows. 3. Install Insulation: Insulate the floor, walls, and roof using supplied materials: Floor: Install foil insulation (vapor barrier) and XPS boards between joists, followed by tongue-and-groove floorboards. Optional - Walls: Install PIR boards between battens, secure with expanding foam, and cover with plasterboard or plywood. Roof: Fit PIR boards between roof rafters and seal gaps with foil tape. 4. Optional Tasks (please indicate if you can include): Install wall reinforcements (noggins) to support a TV or other heavy fixtures. Materials Provided: Insulation materials (foil insulation, XPS, and PIR boards). All shed parts and instructions. Key Requirements: Experience in building timber decking or grid bases. Replace around 6 pieces off rotted decking wood in garden and a few small odd jobs, price to be negotiated.

Need to repaint deck and spindles. The existing paint needs to removed, the deck cleaned and repainted.The deck is approximately 2m x 5m, there are 19 smaller spindles and 5 bigger spindles. We can buy the equipment as needed.

I require a small 10 square metre of decking completing. I have materials including decking boards, joist timber and screws. Old decking boards are already removed.
