Fit decking on balcony (decking supplied)

Hello, we have an outdoor terrace and the decking got worn out. There are big pots with planting which shouldn’t be moved and only area around the pots to be repaired and repainted. Looking for a handy man with the skills and experience to repair or re-build a garden deck. The existing deck was built in 2015, and the step is now weak, plus two wood panels on top have warped. I'm looking for guidance and quotes for either simply repairing and securing the deck, and rebuilding from scratch. The quote should include weather proofing the wood. I have a small decking area that needs repainting. Most of the wood is in decent condition but some bits might need repair ( I replaced a few of the rotten boards). I stripped some of the paint of last summer but couldn't repaint because of rain. I have attached a few pictures.

We have wooden seat covers that hide storage sections on our houseboat deck. One has sustained water damage so needs to be replaced - I’m looking for a carpenter who can make something to the specific dimensions and matching the other covers! Rear garden deck needs jet-washing. I will provide the jet washer! It’s approximately 30m2. Normally takes me about 2 hours. Bad back means I can’t do it this year!

I posted this job some months ago and fell ill hence the delay in response. Sorry. I’ve lifted most of the rotten timbers myself. Some rotten joists remain which are easy to pull up. 4.7 x 5.5 metres of decking area. Access via neighbouring garden. Fairly Flexible on dates as long as it is agreed in advance - not Thursdays or Saturdays.

Wooden decking needs cleaning. I have a Karcher high pressure hose or you can bring your own. No outdoortap - it needs connecting to the kitchen sink. Also all dead plants need to be removed and generally tidied up. - Due date: Before Friday, 9 February 2024
