I plan to start with the electrical work first, followed by flooring installation, and lastly, painting (which I will do myself). Rooms & Requirements: Living Room: There are two existing socket outlets on two walls. I would like to install two new socket outlets: - I require an additional socket outlet to accommodate the installation of a new TV and router etc  An optional second outlet for pendant light and switch (please provide a quote for both adding just one socket versus two) Bedroom: There is currently one existing socket outlet. I would like to install two new socket outlets: - One for a work desk. - An optional second outlet near the bed (please provide a quote for both adding just one socket versus two). Additional Information: 1. All the wiring should be hidden. 2. Please confirm the estimated time it would take to complete this job, as I’m coordinating with other work (flooring, painting). 3.
