Leak is where the kitchen/dishwasher/washing machine waste connects into the main waste downpipe. Leaking when water coming from kitchen. But also when waste coming down the main downpipe. In both cases a steady drip.

Part of the fitting between my gutters has come loose and it’s causing water to leak down onto a neighbours roof so just need the joins fixed

I need to extend the foot of the gutter downpipe for the water to reach the drain without splashing.

We have a down pipe that is discharging rainwater directly into an access well. The down pipe should be extended to discharge water directly into the gully drain. Please see image attached. There is also work required to seal concrete in this area which can be done as one job or separately.

Need someone with tall ladders or potentially to push guttering back together, pvc cement them so they’re water tight and likely add a wall bracket so it doesnt come loose. Ladders must fit through a pretty tight terraced flat to the rear garden. Relatively simple job once you’re up there but it’s top of the 3rd story

Leak possibly coming from soffit/gutter. Noticed it as leak is now seeping through the window into the inside. Not sure what needs repairing, however, if you can assess first we can do a second task for repair.

Repair gutter placement as water is sighting wrong way and not draining

Roofers left a mess. Drains clogged with debris, a downpipe clogged with debris, and the wastewater pipe from my washing machine (1st floor) and my downstairs neighbour's washing machine need replacing (they are broken and off). My plastic downpipe's connection with a pipe carrying bathwater has broken. This is outside my flat on the side of the 4th floor of a house in finsbury park. - Due date: Flexible

A broken / misaligned downpipe is causing water damage to walls. The hopper is also probably in the wrong position/not big enough. Water damage is evident where moss and weeds are growing on bricks behind downpipe. We need a roofer to examine the area on an initial visit. You need to access the roof via the loft hatch to work on hopper. This is a 3 storey house so you need to:- erect SCAFFOLDING to replace the whole downpipe to a 68mm (or larger) one, approx 16m of pipe in total, fit wall brackets every metre, to include 2 or 3 bends. Scrape off the moss from the brickwork and spray the bricks with moss killer. An initial visit is required to inspect the building and check all requirements. My photos show the grounds and area for erecting scaffolding but I feel a visit is important to avoid any problems. PRICE INCLUDES LABOUR, SUPPLY /FIT/DE-RIG OF SCAFFOLDING, SUPPLY OF LADDERS AND ALL EQUIPMENT, REMOVING ANY RUBBISH. We will pay for the new pipe sections, bends, clips/brackets, hopper (with your advice and guidance) and the moss killer treatment. Thank you so much.

I need a downpipe replaced on the back wall of the third floor of my house. Due to access issues, this needs to be accessed by abseilers. The house is under offer and the damaged pipe came up on the survey as it potentially going to cause problems with the wall. To the rear of my property some guttering/downpipe has come loose and it's causing water to drip down the external wall. Underneath the gutter/down pipe there are gaps in the pointing causing water ingress, the gaps need to be filled in. The guttering is quite high and would require an extendable ladder.
