Hello! There are three parts to this job. You will need a van to complete it. There are parking meters nearby you can park at which are relatively inexpensive. Install Handrail We have the handrail (small – 1.6m). You’ll need to install it near the steps leading down to the flat (see pic). You’ll need a drill and rawl plugs. Replace Trellis. I need a section of trellis removed and a new section installed. This will involve… Cutting back some ivy and a climber first – bagging it up (appreciate it if you bring the bags – but if this is an issue I can order some in) and taking away the cuttings (don’t anticipate this being a lot – see photo). The existing trellis is around 180cm x 90cm, so before you head to the job I’ll need you to pick up a new section. Need to add UPVC fascia and guttering to a garden office building, approx 3m x 4.5M Think I have most of the materials

The Guttering is leaking from both ends of the guttering due to incorrect guttering being fitted and the downpipe implemented at the end instead of the middle. This, along with poorly fitted gutter causes back up of water when there’s heavy rain and causing dripping from the ends which bounce off the grey gutter below and has caused the wall to become damp as a result. I need someone to move the down pipe to the middle and reseal both ends of the gutter

Fix a gutter joint with tall ladder

The guttering on the second floor of our home has come off. We believe too small nails were used to fix it originally. It’s too high for any of our ladders, hoping a professional will have a better solution! Please see pictures attached. Not sure on appropriate fee so happy to discuss. Thanks.

Outside kitchen drain is blocked

Need someone with tall ladders or potentially to push guttering back together, pvc cement them so they’re water tight and likely add a wall bracket so it doesnt come loose. Ladders must fit through a pretty tight terraced flat to the rear garden. Relatively simple job once you’re up there but it’s top of the 3rd story

Leak possibly coming from soffit/gutter. Noticed it as leak is now seeping through the window into the inside. Not sure what needs repairing, however, if you can assess first we can do a second task for repair.
