The door is 3cm too wide and also 5cm too short for the current frame. We are not actually going to use it as a door but as an internal window to let light into the hall. It doesn't need to open but hanging on hinges is probably the easiest way to install it. Please suggest a date if you submit a quote, thanks.

The heated rail is currently only being held on by the pipes at the bottom as all 4 brackets have come away from the wall. It has resulted it some holes so think they will need filling before fastening to wall.

Stairgate fitted but there's a gap due to design. Need someone to measure and fit block to bannister post. They will then need to reattach locking device and fit bolt so gate works correctly. Will need to bring tools and potentially source wood block.
