General handyman available for a full days work, to attend a house that is being moved out of to fill holes, making good from hooks etc, then onto the new house a 6 minute drive away for the rest of the day, anything from furniture assembly to hanging pictures, minor painting etc...

Reclining chair without motor needs fixing springs? Also the part you rest your feet on does not go down permanently slightly up. Chair is old so could do with cleaning as well

I bought this from an antique shop online in Belfast and it was shipped to me. Unfortunately the carrier must have put something heavy on top and the stand has snapped in the middle. I cant bear to throw it away if it can be fixed.

• Finish removing a radiator – remove the pipes and wall brackets • Fit the new electric fireplace – centrally in the alcove – trimming the skirting board so it sits flush to the wall and to trim the carpet around the fireplace – and securing the fireplace to the wall. • Fitting the TV onto a wall bracket above the fireplace (I have a bracket that is suitable for the size of TV) • There are a couple of screws in the wall that I need removing (I just couldn’t get them out!) • Once complete I will fill holes and paint the wall (so don't include that). • I will be getting a new carpet for the lounge at some point, but would like the current one trimmed neatly around the fireplace (so that this can be removed easily when I replace the carpet as I am not sure when that will be.) • I also want to replace the taps on my bath and sink - the bath panel will need to be removed and then re siliconed in place as part of this process. I will supply the taps. • I do also need a new extractor hood fitted- which I can buy so this can be fitted as well I don't expect this to be £100 but didn't have a set budget in mind
