The mirror is damaged and needs to be changed. The wardrobe panel is in good condition, just the mirror needs replacing. It’s a full length mirror wardrobe.

Saw off an inch or half of internal wooden door as it’s scrapes the floor and difficult to open. The door hinges are worn away so difficult to take door off

Spot lights are already in but not fixed correctly so should be a quick job. Curtain rod holes and coat rack holes will Need to be drilled.

I opened my staircase up to be open plan but now I have 2 dogs and want them to stop going upstairs, I did move the settee away from the wall but they jump over from the back of the settee! It’s the left hand side of the staircase the smaller side, I just have a chrome hand rail on the other side. Don’t want anything fancy as it’s just a council house and I am also waiting to move to a bungalow in Wales. The pic is what someone else has done, not that keen but can’t find anything else. I dont have the materials but if you could supply and I will pay for that extra. :)
