I want to install clear perspex Acrylic sheet on the roof of Pergola which is 125 cm wide and 125 cm long. There are wooden timbers on top on which the acrylic would go. Need an installer who can fix this in a way that rain water can go on one side.

Need a plumber to 2nd fix a new wall toilet and box unit, basin and shower folding door and help to finish off the tiling. The previous plumber has done the 1st fix. The tiling left is for the plywood box (wall and top) to hide the toilet and then to align to the basin line on the other wall (see photo, so up to the top half as I will paint afterwards), and 20cm x 70cm at the top of the shower on front side. And add grouting throughout as you can see from the photos. This is underneath the stairs so small dimensions and locations of items will be the same. Also require connecting a waterproof shower light strip and new light switch. All bathroom items and materials such as tiles and grouting all ready. Also, looking to do main bathroom after this if good job done.

A guest has reported that the pool table leg is broken and could tip to one side if leaned on. Additionally, there are exposed wires throughout the house, and our extension cord, which comes out of the island in the kitchen, is lodged at the bottom and is not accessible. The door leading to the garden cannot be used either. Furthermore, a heavy drawer located above the headboard in their mother's room is coming loose from its screws, with a heavy salt lamp on it, posing a risk of falling. We need to address these issues urgently.
