Small bathroom window starts to leak when it rains and the rain comes inside the bathroom. Either the hinges require replacing & refitting if possible or a new window requires fitting. In the attached picture you can maybe see there is a gap when the window is closed so the hinges seem to have moved out of place, if possible they need replacing, if not a new window needs fitting so that there are no leaks or gaps and there is no rain coming inside the house whenever it rains.
