We are selling our flat and need help with a few odd jobs to get it ready to put on the market. This includes replacing a tricky lightbulb in the bathroom, filling some small holes (we will paing them), removing the balcony air filter so it can be cleaned, checking electric radiator.

Option 1) Supply and Installation of bathroom extraction fan kit (loft type) and exhaust to outdoor through roof tiles and mage good roof tiles Option 2) To form a dia 100mm wall opening for supply and install wall mount bathroom exhaust fan (BOSCH 1500 DH) and extend the PVC pipe to the external wall of small bedroom with new 100mm wall opening and finished with outdoor exhaust grille. The extended PVC pipes inside the small bedroom shall be covered up by plaster board bulkhead and finished with white paint.

Hisense 65inches smart TV screen is broken and need repairing

Master bedroom closet door requiring repair. This has been repaired previously but keeps dropping off and requiring repairs again (don’t believe previous repairman did a very good job). Thus I would require someone who is good at their craft and professional. It’s a sliding door. See pictures attached. Will welcome any alternatives as well that can enable smooth opening / sliding of the doors without another repair required.

I have an integrated fridge freezer where the wooden kitchen cabinets attach to the fridge door to open and close. The upper fridge compartment cupboard door hinge has broken so atm I have to open the cupboard door (thats on a broken hinge) then open the fridge door. I have a replacement hinge for the door but to fix I think the job requires 1) removing the fridge door itself as you can't get to the cupboard door hinge properly with it on 2) fit the new hinge onto the cupboard door 3) refit the fridge door 4) line up the slider thing that attaches the cupboard door to the fridge door. I'm usually okay at DIY but I just don't have the confidence/ time to get this right. It has to be precisely done because otherwise the fridge may not close properly. Thanks in advance for looking Ps I have 2 friendly cats in case any taskers have allergies.
