My 4 dining chairs are wobbly and the feet need replacing. I’ve purchased new threaded tube inserts and feet with M8 screws to match the inserts - and need someone to remove the old feet and inserts, then replace with the new.

Some loose brickwork in the wall and some weeds causing water penetration into the building. This is in various spots on the first/second floor so needs a big ladder. The brickwork needs repair or filling/sealing. If possible the gutter section at the top needs to replaced with a wider one as the current one is not catching all of the runoff from the roof.
