Scope of Work: ✅ Wall Repairs – Fill and tidy up drill holes in a partition wall where a wooden plank was previously mounted for a TV. ✅ Socket Removal – Remove a dual power socket, dual ethernet, and HDMI slot from the middle of a wall (please advise if terminating power cables is a complex job). ✅ Shelf Installation – Install two shelves on a very hard wall (previous attempts with a standard drill failed, so an SDS drill or similar is likely needed). ✅ Painting a Small Room – Prepare and paint an 11m² room (walls may need some prep). Timing & Access: 🕘 Work will need to take place over multiple days to allow for wall filling and drying before painting. 📍 Office near Old St, London 🚪 Access available 9 AM – 5 PM (limited availability outside these hours).
