I have purchased Insulating Film for Windows – clear plastic sheeting that goes on a window and you use a blow dryer to shrink it to fit. But I am not that tall. * The windows (4 of them) are 8.75’ (2.7 meters) tall. * The windows go to the ceiling at 11’ (3.4m). * I have a ladder where the top step is 3.5’ (1m). I have the blow dryer and a long extension cord. I am just not tall enough to reach the top of the window.

A roller shutter in a bedroom has stopped working, it looks like it has come unhinged inside the storage box, it was working ok until used it one day and it sounded like screw came lose and we cannot lift it back up.
