There is a leak from the bathroom when the smaller shower head is used, this drips through into the lounge. On the ceiling in the lounge there is some damage due to the leak, covering an area of approx 45cm by 15cm. This will probably need to be removed and replastered as there is a protruding area of plaster within the damaged area. Therefore I need the leak stopped/sealed and the ceiling int he lounge below fixed. The ceiling does not need to be painted afterwards, I can do that.
