The electric blinds are not working any longer. It is believed that a component of the blind needs replacing, potentially the drivers. The tenant’s initial report was that the blind was not functioning. The height of the blind is 44 inches ( based on the contractor’s pictures) but depending on the model it could be different. Its a roof blind. Usually, contractors will attend to measure before ordering the blind. Remote control batteries changed but the issue was not resolved.

Kitchen Cooker Hood Extractor Fan Replacement. Cooker hood is an AEG MOD.HD 8510m (Motor: 1 x 220W). Motor is not working, although I can hear the buzz of power to it, when switched on.
