Would like to extend the garden studio on one side to allow for a mini shower/toilet/basin as part of our GYM studio. Ideally to continue the slanted roof line by 2 meters on just the left side. I would like an all in price from start to finish - levelling out the ground, sourcing, supplying & fitting timber to match as close as possible to the existing shed. To cut out a door on the inside to allow access from within and to bring the existing windows to the front of the new structure. I have yellow rolls of insulation in my loft which would just need fitting / plastering on the inside of the structure. I can source basic shower, toilet, basin but would need fitting. There is a side return at the other end of the garden with water supply and drain. £5 to go with whoever could give a realistic quote once accessing the space.

1. We had our kitchen re-done and the plugs were left loose so we could replaster walls. Once the walls were plaster, the area around the plugs was left uneven and now the plugs have been left wonky and the surrounding wall unfinished. Put tiles around the bath and silicone there is a big gap between the wall and the bathtub so this needs to be done properly to make sure it’s watertight also to change the silicone around the sink. A couple of the tiles are broken so they can’t be put back on so maybe we have to take some tiles off from where the radiator was. I’m not sure that was the plan from the other builder. You will need to bring with you grout and silicone and adhesive and beading I have some grey adhesive that was for the flooring downstairs, but I’m not sure if you can use it in the bathroom. I just need it fixed today as I had another Builder booked in to do it today but he’s just cancelled this morning and I had been waiting for him to come two weeks to do it. I’m getting a bit frustrated now with unreliable people as I have family coming to stay on Thursday and the bath needs to be fixed today, I have lots of jobs to do around the house. You can have a look when you come. we recently had an electric shower fitted and the plumber took off the tiles around the edge of the bath not sure why exactly and unfortunately he just left the job because his mother passed away and he didn’t come back
