We are a ground floor shop and we wish to remove an external sign from the wall on top of our window. The sign is around 2.80m from the floor. We have a ladder too but not super high. The high of the sign is around 40cm and the length around 5 meters, however is made by two panels so the length is split in half. There are some flowers hanging with some screws that needs to be removed too I believe, in order to remove the proper sign.

Install side-mounted steel handrail

We need a steel handrail installed on the side of our external steps. There is 1x3200cm steel pole, and 3 poles to install vertically to support this. We need the long pole cut into two poles so they can be at an angle and horizontal, respectively. We have all the required clamps to connect the two poles at an angle. Last picture demonstrates what we need. The steps are 100cm in length, 85cm tall, and the remaining steel needs to be fixed horizontally along the flat ledge. We're looking for this to be done on Friday 29th November.

The internal handle of my apartment door no longer works. Pressing it down does not move the latch (external handle still works). The door has ezcurra multi bolt lock - however I think the handle is completely separate. You will need to remove the ezcurra overlay panel on the side of the door to access the latch. May need a replacement handle entirely but can discuss further.
