A few odd jobs around house

Skillful, lot of common sense and fantastic attitude. Very well organised. Arrived on time and got down to work and organised the items really well to minimise the trips to the recycling center. I was impressed. Only side comment that made me wonder if the top rating is suitable is that the task wasn't read properly and photos studied as I was very clear so the offer was rushed and inappropriate based on what they told me. Instead of taking responsibility for something that isn't my fault I was asked to increase the price which is not a great practise. They were so helpful, good and polite generally though that I let it slip. Someone else wouldn't.

The door to our cabinet under the sink needs to be reattached. The hinges have rusted and screws have come off from where they were fixed. We are open to having the door refixed on the other side so it opens the opposite way for ease and you can see that the holes are ready made in the wood. The price will include removal of old and supply and fit of new door hinges into the door on the opposite side if it cannot be fixed back into its original place due to faulty/used wood on that original side.

One of a pair of sofas is damaged with discolouration and also a tear. I don't want to replace it as then I would need to replace the other one so would prefer a "glow up" if possible to the damaged one. Doesn't have to be perfect just improved.
Munir is a magician. His work on my leather sofa was miraculous and I couldn't recommend him enough!
