Skillful, lot of common sense and fantastic attitude. Very well organised. Arrived on time and got down to work and organised the items really well to minimise the trips to the recycling center. I was impressed. Only side comment that made me wonder if the top rating is suitable is that the task wasn't read properly and photos studied as I was very clear so the offer was rushed and inappropriate based on what they told me. Instead of taking responsibility for something that isn't my fault I was asked to increase the price which is not a great practise. They were so helpful, good and polite generally though that I let it slip. Someone else wouldn't.

The push button for our toilet is disconnected to the concealed cistern. It requires removing a wall tile to access the cistern in order to reconnect the push button. The tile will then need to be reattached to the wall with matching silicone (number 111 - Argento Grigio / Silver Grey) We do not have the silicone. Said tile only has silicone (no grout) around it to remove from the wall.
Hayat was great to communicate with and very responsive. We had a plumbing issue, and he sorted it for us over the holidays. We are very appreciative for his time and responsiveness.
