Some resealing (with silcone) is also required around the small window sill and a couple of other very small areas. The paint on the window frame and skirting board need to be tidied up. The walls of a very small downstairs toilet need to be re tiled - the existing tiles need to be removed and replaced with new ones (10 by 10 cm each). A small bedroom and its wardrobes need to be painted white (some wallpaper will need to be removed from this room) 2 complete walls need wall papering. And a further 3 small panels of wallpaper need putting up in different rooms. A cat flap needs to be installed in a wooden door, so the correct hole size needs to be cut. There will a be a few holes to fill along the way (2 of them are are large as approx 50-70mm - behind the TV on the wall) All items/furniture have been removed. I have the tiles, grout, wallpaper, wallpaper paste and obviously the cat flap. I am ideally looking for someone to complete this work sometime during the week after next Thank you
Disappointed. Expected more after reading reviews. Numerous issues: Tiling: misaligned and poorly cut/applied in places. Needs redoing. Wallpapering: used different colour without alerting me; misaligned, and tore paper and did a bad patch up job. Ignored requests to fix it. His friend bathed in my house, got paint on the ceiling, couldn’t remove it. Poor reliability: arrives 11:30am-12noon, unapologetically late. Would not recruit again.
