The radiator also needs refixing - one bracket has come off completely, and the other is loose. Thankfully the bed has largely held it in place, so pipes have not become strained. A new IKEA bathroom cabinet also needs fixing to the wall - and the bathroom and kitchen sinks are draining poorly/blocked and need clearing.
