All of the following works below where completed to a high standard. Ruzhdi was on time and arranged everything directly with my tenant which made it very hassle free. I would recommend and will be using Ruzhdi again. Replace silicone sealant around standard shower tray in bathroom. Replace silicone sealant between kitchen worktop and tiles. Adjust bathroom door slightly so it closes properly. Replace 3 or 4 spotlights. Remove an internal blind and fill the holes in the stud wall.

Shower drain has been clogged since the shower door shattered into thousands of tiny pieces and I believe some pieces fell through the drain trap. I have tried 6-7 bottles of Mr. Muscle, left it overnight etc.

I have a block somewhere in the kitchen sink plumbing, maybe drain clog. The kitchen sink is slow draining and the washing machine backs up into the sink. I’ve used a plunger which has had a limited effect and discovered there is also a leak under the sink, which leaks when the washing machine is in use. I need you to unblock the pipes/drain and locate and fix the leak. If necessary also clear the washing machine filter/pipes if that is the issue.
Ifthacker was very helpful with my task and even though he could not complete it, he identified the issue and that it needed a specialist.
