He hung up a couple of mirrors, some pictures and swapped out a light fitting - doing all exactly as we wanted. Will definitely request Julien for other similar tasks in the future.

Tenant says his bedroom door doesn’t fit in the frame, and needs to be sanded around the edges. So door probably needs to be taken off at the hinges, and machine sanded, at the hinge side if possible (and maybe the top and base if needed) You need to bring your own tools to complete the job, and all waste to be removed off-site; and cleaned up after.
