Easy task for someone who is near by as I need the assistance of a skilled handyman or plasterer to repair water damage on my bathroom and bedroom ceiling (only the two small areas shown in the photos). The leak has been fixed, but there is some staining and minor damage. The job MAY involves scraping away any loose paint or plaster, applying a stain- primer, filling any minor imperfections with a patching. Plase note this is only in the damaged area, not the entire ceiling as this has been some confusion and should not take more than a couple hours.
Easy communication and got the paint done very well. Checked after the job was to ensure I was happy with outcome. Was surprised how he left mess, nothing at all.. Looked like no one worked here.. Very impressed. Thank you

Hi - I need to have some minor repair work done to my bath (see photos). This includes: - installation of a new Bathtub Drain Rotating Knob (hole is approx. 50mm in diameter) - installation of a new adjustable bath plug (47mm) To install the drain rotating knob, the bath side panel (approx. 170 cm in length) will need to be removed. This is sealed to the wall so the seal will need to be removed and, after the panel is put back, it will need to be resealed. There is a little wear/damage to the panel (see pic), so I would like an option to have this replaced.

I’m looking for someone very experienced with installing door closures. The holes have been pre drilled in door and frame (new door and done by company), however the mechanism doesn’t work when I connect (door does not open). It’s possible the pre drilled holes are in wrong place (company mistake if so and seems odd) or hydraulic mechanism is upside down (I installed this so maybe my mistake?). I have put pictures below.
