I want to get a water meter fitted but the ThamesWater engineer couldn't locate the stopcock. He thinks it is behind the panel of the fire kitchen but wasn't able to cut through MDF to locate it as he was afraid of hitting electric or gas line. He traced the water mains through the building (Am in second floor flat) and this seems likely location. Would love someone to locate stopcock so that water meter can be fitted. Photo shows corner kitchen cupboard in question.
