Internal painting of a small two bed house (walls, ceilings and skirting), plus a few odd jobs around the house such as: 1-fixing of a few loose tiles in the bathroom and using sealant around the tub and tiles, 2 - replacing two ceiling spotlights, 3, fixing a loose bit of carpet back into the teeth, 4- painting of book shelves and top kitchen cabinets, 5 - hanging of net wires, curtain poles and hanging of curtains once all the painting has been done. The job needs to be done in one day from early morning (around 7am) to evening 7pm. I will provide wall and ceiling paint, kitchen and bathroom paint, wood paint, roller and tray, paint brush, extendable roller pole, sanding block and sand paper, masking tape, white spirit, step ladder, Tile adhesive and grout, combination spreader, bathroom and kitchen sealant, 2 LED Down lights. You would have to come with your own drill and basic tools like a hammer, screwdriver etc and the tools you may need to fix in the loose carpet. I have added pictures of the rooms and the work that needs to be done along with what I can provide. There are parking restrictions on the road during the week Mon- Sat from 8am to 6.30pm, which is why I have put the job down for Sunday. If you won't be coming with a car or if parking isn't going to be an issue then I am happy to do this job on Saturday 8th June. Thanks!

2 wooden worktops to be fitted (approx 2.1m x 0.6 and 1.7m x 0.9 island). The new worktops have already been cut to size including holes for the sink and hob. I have a new replacement sink and tap to be fitted too. The tap is a weighted retractable hose head mixer. The new splashback needs cutting to size before replacing the old one. Worktops and splashback will need some silicon.
Asked all the rights questions, went above and beyond to get the job done and a great end result.
