Preparing a whole flat to move in. I just need someone there for 2-3 hours tops to fix some random bits that need to be done around (it seems people who used to live here did some very bad DIY'ing), but the main things are; - a very random chunk of wall that is 'hanging' in the way needs to be removed (sawed off)- and of course finished off as nicely as possible - kitchen drawers are hanging off their hinges, one kitchen cabinet does not open properly - there is a strange DIY situation going on with the kitchen window lock which I'd love someone to take a look at - There is a little table which just needs a couple of new screws as some bits are near-broken off - There is a lock on one of the doors which needs to be removed - and some small things I'd just like someone knowledgeable to take a look at/advise on. Budget negotiable, but I do not have much and am dealing with all these issues the previous owners left behind for me in this flat, please be kind. I am not living at the flat so the included photo of the wall that needs to be sawed off (where the blue line is) and the kitchen drawers hanging off the hinges is the only one I have currently. I am a member of the Management Committee of St George's Church Housing Coop on Wells Way. We brick bin shed on our property which needs to be sealed to prevent rough sleepers from setting up camp. There is a water tap inside the shed that needs to be moved to the outside (along with some way of preventing unwanted users from helping themselves) before the building can be secured. There are four door handles in the flat that have come loose and need to be re-attached On one of the door handles, the mechanism no longer works so would also need to be fixed. The latch is stuck in place and doesn't move when you move the handle.

I need an experienced handy person to help me install some shelves on a plaster wall. The shelves are made of panels and clip-on boards. So you’ll need to screw panels ( 4 in total) on the wall only. You’ll need to make sure the 4 panels are perfectly even with the same distance in between. Precision is key, otherwise the board won’t be able to clip on. You’ll need to bring your own tools.
