I have completed my van / camper conversion about 85 percent of the way, Due to unforeseen Circumstances I cannot complete. To do: Electrical connections Plumbing connections Boxing in/ hiding electrics etc Cladding on internal sliding door Unit doors/ handles/ good finish Shower finished/ 80 percent done Flooring is done just needs a finish Painting External doors aligned.

I am selling the flat and need to get it ready to go on the market. The whole flat needs to be painted (2 bed - 1 large 1 small, open kitchen and living, hall, all inc ceilings). The shower door has fallen off the fixture and needs to be repaired. The door catches are also no longer working and need to be fixed (3 total). I don’t live in the flat so don’t have photos at present but can ask the tenant to provide.

Rope controlling blind needs repaired

My wife and I recently bought a simple window roller blind from B@Q to replace a broken roller blind on a bedroom window. However I can’t install it as the instructions are too complicated and there are too many parts (why can’t these products be made more simply?). So we just need someone familiar with this product to install it. I would guess this is an hour max. Thanks!
