I need a bit maintenance on a wooden floor. Some floorboards are lose and need fixing.

I tried to fit the shower screen on my bath but myself and failed miserably, I cracked the tile and need someone to fix the tile and fit the screen in for me

Need someone to fix a puncture and bring all the tools to do so on my bike. My bike is at the royal infirmary where I work and would be looking for someone to come and fix it during the day tomorrow. Thanks

I have a teapot that has become chipped and looking for a repair. This is more sentimental value so not looking for restoration but just as clean as reasonable. The chipped pieces are there, but not sure if it is a filler job. Any suggestions or examples of what can be done and open to price

Water pressure low and would need a plumber to have a look. Also need someone who knows how to do handyman job, replacing door knobs and sorting out cracks in wallpaper and doing silicone filling. Would also need someone who can change old switch sockets to new ones not necessary for re wiring just to change switch sockets

Security balcony door does not go up so the prongs dont come out of the door when i.shut it. The prongs do come out when the door is open.

I am selling the flat and need to get it ready to go on the market. The whole flat needs to be painted (2 bed - 1 large 1 small, open kitchen and living, hall, all inc ceilings). The shower door has fallen off the fixture and needs to be repaired. The door catches are also no longer working and need to be fixed (3 total). I don’t live in the flat so don’t have photos at present but can ask the tenant to provide.

Hi, Hope all's well! We need an urgent repair on an electric fan that needs to pass it's PAT test for a live performance on 31st July. Therefore we'll need it fixed on 30th July. It looks to be a relatively simple fix. Currently, the connection to the fan needs to be terminated shorter so the plastic pack at the back needs to be dismantled and the wire needs to be pushed into the pack as the wire is exposed currently. Images attached for reference. I am happy to drop this fan off at a location in Central Edinburgh convenient for you if that increases the likelihood of this repair taking place on 30th July.
