We have an old Ariel / metal rod sticking out of our house front wall which needs to be removed as pigeons have made home there and are making a lot of mess on the floor by the front door! They also sit on the house alarm box too so we need to put some bird deterrent spikes on it. We dont have the tools / ladder to do this ourselves. Should be a short job.

We are the letting management agent of this apartment. There are leaking from windows in bedroom and kitchen. 1. Inside the bedroom, leaking coming from window, water and wind are coming in making it wet and cold. Wind comes in all the time, however water only started last night/this morning but it severe. Leaking in on going. 2. In the kitchen, some water coming in through kitchen windows, not sure if this has been ongoing but the amount of water was less than in the bedroom. Leaking in on going. Stop leaking from behind the shower enclosure tiles and tray. And refit cut out plate board from the kitchen ceiling below the bathroom and easy fill with existing material on site. Plaster board is on site. Remove kitchen wall cupboard and paint wall will white anti Mould paint which is onsite.mould resistant mastic sealant is on site also. I hope to fit shower wall panels over existing tiles if possible after waterproof membrane has been installed to complete seal and stop and further leak to the ground floor below. Repaint kitchen ceiling with Mould paint which is on site. All materials that are currently on site to be used as they are newly purchased towards the job.
