Double brick wall has cement grouting coming out leaving the bottom row of bricks below damp course at risk of degrading due to water saturation in wet weather. (One of two of them have already started to fracture and are loose) Any spoiled bricks bricks require removing and replacing. The Wall needs capping at the top to stop degradation of the cement grouting on the top row of bricks. Indian stone paving on small patio has all the cement grouting eroded and requires cutting out and re-grouting to keep the stones in place and water resistant.
