1. Clean mould/dust behind built in cupboards in bedroom. 3 to 4 meters long across the bedroom. Put in special lamps to ensure the rear is kept dry and free from mould build up 2. Paint part of the ceiling of kitchen and all shower room ceiling(total 4 sqm approx for both). Maybe use paint for mouldy areas rather than standard white emulsion. 3. Investigate drain smell from shower cubicle - treat with your recommended bleach/disinfectant formula). Check drainage beneath shower tray. I will provide materials. Labour only please.

Hello I am writing to you following a fire inspection which was conducted at my property. The inspection pointed out two faults that need to be remedied: 1) Gaps between the door leaf and frame to the top or side are excessive giving gaps more than 5mm; meaning cold smoke or intumescent seals will be ineffective. If the door leaf cannot be adjusted to reduce the gap, the gap will need to be reduced by re- lipping the door leaf or installation of a replacement door leaf. Have the door leaf re-lipped by a suitably competent tradesperson in accordance with BM Trada accepted repair technique Gap top of door 8.4mm Threshold gap 9.8mm 2) Installed hinges are unsuitable for the application and may fail in the event of a fire. Have the hinges replaced with items conforming to BS EN 1935: 2002 Building hardware including Annex B. only two hinges fitted and they are ungraded Would you be able to fix the above and if so can you provide a quote for the job?

My casio LK-80 turns on, led ok, keys light up on touch but no sound. I have tried with external output headphones still no sound. The settings are OK, local turned off etc. Need someone to help me troubleshoot in person or take me through online
