Take off bath panel , adjust Thermostatic Mixing Valve to max temp , screw bath panel back on.

3 door wardrobe needs instalment / fitting

Ikea Day Bed needs a repair and reinforcing. Slide out mechanism is broken and drawers need reinforcement.

2 hinges have come off on the bottom kitchen cabinet

Need to fix window, lock is broken and glass came out from corner

Replace skirting board 50cm approx (replacement available), apply sealant around window, cement patches at front of house - 1 by doorstep, 1 near 1st floor window.

Kitchen door doesnt open from the outside, if it shuts I have to barge it open which is very difficult I think the mechanism to unlatch the door when u push it down doesnt work if the door shut properly

Reseal bath and finish off tile edges to ceiling, door and wallpapered wall. Finish (possibly replace) door so closes nicely. Create a storage at end of bath that is current boxed off.

The door no longer has screws, it is completely removed from the wall where it was placed
