Build in-ground hot tub on site of former pond

We have recently drained our large pond, and would like to convert the space into an in-ground hot tub. The current hole is almost the right size, but would require either being dug a bit deeper or built up a bit taller around the rim. It would then need reinforcing with rebar, concrete, and tile, plus being fitted with heater, jets, LEDs, and filter. It would also need a new decking surround on three sides of the tub. Two photos showing black plastic lining are of our pond as it currently is. Other photos are process / finished pics of hot tubs that other people have built, which are similar to what we'd like to achieve.
