My vanity unit (picture attached) needs replacing. I purchased a like new unit, more or less the same except basic non fancy taps! I will try and upload a pic of the new vanity but it's essentially the same thing with normal single hole tap..The newer unit was sold to me already put together with basin, taps, flexor pipes already attached so there's no work to be done in putting the cabinet together or adding a basin. To cut a long story short, the shower has stopped running water - according to the guy who caused the problem he turned the temperature knob too far and we think something inside may have come out of place, snapped or broke, now there’s no my enough water pressure coming out. I think the front needs to removed and whatever the problem is for it to be fixed. I think this may be a quick job, but if parts are needed etc I am willing to pay more.

Kitchen mixer tap has been wobbling around for a few months. As can see it’s very rusty. I’m 9months pregnant and can’t seem to get to the bolt to turn it. I need to change (like for like) a bath shower mixer tap. To access under the bath, a cupboard needs to be slid out of the way but that is slightly blocked by a heated towel rail. So that will need to be isolated and removed too - will need therefore to be corgi registered. Sealant around bath also needs re-doing and change the drainage cap (if that is the right term) in the bath. Thanks

My toilet flapper seal is letting water come through into the bowl. I attempted to twist out current push mechanism to change it however it’s stuck, it won’t twist anymore - so this needs to be removed and a new one fitting (assuming that’s what needs to be done to sort the leak issue?)
