Needs new tap in kitchen

Current toilet seat removed and a new toilet seat to be supplied and fitted

The water pressure on a property that we’ve taken over has extremely low water pressure.

kitchen units and worktop to be fitted. i already have the cooker installed. the rest need to be done.

1) Replace an electric shower with new 2) Reconnect a gutter drainage pipe displaced by the wind

The running belt slipped never been used I’ve tried following instructions and managed to get it central but once walking it slips again and again

Put in a channel (Aco) drain in patio next to sleeper and connect to existing surface drain at opposite end of the patio.

Large pipe leaking behind drywall

Kitchen tap is dripping and I’ve bought a replacement

Downpipe has been fitted but needs replacing and some of the plumbing needs to be fixed into the downpipe

Run a pipe from under the sink in downstairs bathroom to external wall and install tap on external wall outside.

Back of tank leaking needs resealed

Fix leaking waste pipe coming from sink. Pipe is not visible, it's within ceramic sink housing.

I need to replace kitchen mixer tap . I already bought new tap .Please let me know the price to fix it. I have added thr pics of new tap for reference . Many thanks - Due date: Before Thursday, 25 January 2024
