I need a new tap installed in the sink (see photo), I have the new tap already. Neighbours had the same issue with same type of sink, it's a bit tricky as the sink can't be removed, but the plumber managed to instal the new tap using the hole underneath the sink.
The job was quite tricky, Orlando found a perfect solution.

Under kitchen sink. Ref (hot water) valve outlet is leaking. Handyman couldn't fix it, didn't have the right tool or tried and it didn't work. (Added a spatula and bowl to isolate the water, it's a drop a second or every 2 seconds)

Replace toilet with like for like, pipe goes horizontal into back wall.
