Replaster and repaint of both sides of an interior wall. Roughly 1m2 on each side. We have the required paint already.

65 inch TV mounted in front room, 55 inch TV mounted in bedroom, 1 mirror mounted in hallway, 1 mirror mounted in front room, 1 shelf in 1 bedroom, 2 shelves in spare room, 1 shelf in another bedroom

65 inch TV in front room needs mounting, 4 shelves need hanging up (1 in 2 bedrooms, 2 in spare room), 2 mirrors need mounting in hallway and living room. Walls are plaster, TV mounts are purchased

This is part of the refurbishment of 2 bathrooms. Existing walls will be stripped of tiles and relined in preparation for plastering.

Redo ceiling plasterboard. Area is approx 1.5m square and will need a new internal wooden support. Plasterboard and wood and nails etc provided. Roof leak damaged internal ceiling to but external roof has since been repaired. Should be as simple as adding new support and putting up plasterboard. No need to plaster as it will be covered in soundproof tiles. All materials (plasterboard, nails, tape, wood) provided.

Need to repair a 8cm hole in my plaster wall. The wall is also hallow. I plan to paint it later.

I recently removed two adhesive hooks used to put up pictures. When I did the wall plastering came off. Holes are approx 55mmX30mm in size, there are two. I need someone to apply a skim coat of plaster using a taping knife to the wall. Fill in the damage where the paper was torn away and taper the plaster into the surrounding area. Paint will need to be removed due to it chipping away from previous damp damage. It will then need to be re-plastered, so we can no longer see the damp damage and ensure the leak is fixed.

Install hatch eg plywood; make good regarding broken plaster; push back washing machine and reinstall kitchen plinth.

I need a mirror hanging on plasterboard wall. The mirror is 15kg and would require plasterboard fixings which i can purchase. I just don’t have any tools or great diy skills and would like it up securely and level.

I am looking to repair and repaint a section of my living room ceiling that has water damage. The water damage has left visible stains, and I need someone to assess the affected area to ensure there is no further underlying damage (e.g., mold, dampness) and confirm that the source of the water damage has been addressed. Clean and treat the water-stained area to ensure it is ready for painting. Apply any necessary primer or stain-blocking treatment to prevent the stain from showing through the new paint. Repaint the affected ceiling area to match the existing paint colour. If needed, I can provide the paint.

We would like to mount a 6'x4' whiteboard to this wall that has this stuff on the wall as pictured. To mount the whiteboard we require the TV mounting plate to be removed. Also the power sockets will need to be removed as they will prevent the whiteboard from sitting flush with the wall. The wall is an internal plasterboard wall in an office setting.

Got rid of some of the pain on the panel but realised it was damaged and had way to many layer to take off. Tried to put some filler but it’s super uneven. Want to just make it even and look ok.

Plastering a ceiling and fill in cracks

Main Job Brief - Remove existing plywood boards that have been affixed and plastered over a window recess to cover a blind - Drill new holes to fit blinds one cm back - Install GRP/fibreglass cover (supplied by me) instead - drilling and screwing/bolting into window recess - Plaster over the covers to uniform finish and level with wall - Paint whole wall of bay windows - Paint a second wall Problem: - I previously installed plywood boards inside the front of window recesses which contained roller blinds, the blinds were affixed with a number of steel L brackets. (Photo 1, 2) - The longest section (around 260cm) has warped, cracking the plaster. (Photo 3, 4) - The board now pushes against the blind Solution: - Install a fibreglass/GRP profile instead of the plywood. The profile will be L-shaped so can be screwed into the top of the window recess without using brackets - It must be securely fastened across multiple points, and plastered over with a good plaster/wood filler to prevent cracking - The ends may be fastened with L-shaped brackets to the side wall if required - The profile should be sanded/prepared and painted to a uniform finish along with the rest of the wall - The blind should also be moved back around 1cm, to further minimise the chance it brushes against the GRP cover - There is only 9.5cm of space from the window to the end of the recess so space is tight Second Task - I'd like to run thin cables through the 2 wall corner sections connecting between the bay windows to power/charge the motorised blinds - This should be done without cracking the 2 shorter plywood blind covers that are in fairly good shape - It could be done by carefully running a channel and covering over or perhaps by drilling from both sides of each corner through the brick Third Task A second wall should be repainted in the same colour as the other wall. It's already well painted except for a few very small patches that have been incorrectly touched up with paint
