My radiators are not getting hot properly.

There is a leak under the cistern in a bathroom which needs fix

The plug cannot be opened in the washbasin, bottom part needs to be unscrewed. Toilet blocked. It works with a macerator.

The water does not come out. I think the solenoid valve needs replacing

Budget is placeholder. Open to quotes. There is a watertank in the flat. this will need to be removed. the black pipe is water inlet, but currently not operational. this will need to be cut from the base as seen in the pictures and mouth be blocked. the white water pipe is excess water overflow. this will need to be blocked as well after the tank is removed. the other metal pipes. one of them is inlet feeding the black tank from the main water line. and the other one is outlet going to the toilet flush. They seem to be linked already, but should be isolated from the black tank unit. No electrical connections are involved in the job. The unit is unplugged already.

My boiler is making a strange noise so need fixing

1) recently DIY fitted boiling water tap the regular hot water flexi hose is leaking and need to dismantle and remove existing hose and replace with new one. 2) under-sink pipework is all loose and needs to be fixed in place (kitchen) 3)wobbly tap needs tightening up (ultility sink) 4) hot/cold hoses need swapping over (WC sink)

Kitchen tap is leaking. Bought a new tap to replace it. Need to remove the leaking tap and replace with a new one

Coolant is leaking in my car and rhe mechnaic diagnosed it to be the coolant flange leak. This needs to be replaced

Thames Water came out due to issue with our bill, they went in the loft and said there's a slight leak in the tank, quick job but needs to be rectified

Toilet pan, cistern and seat needs replacement. Old one is functioning fine only needs to replace with new one as old one has stains on it

Plumbing underneath two new fitted sinks needs to be installed. We have the plumbing kits that came with the sinks but they will need to cut to fit the cupboard space.
