I have one of those taps that dispenses instant boiling water and it is leaking water into the cupboard below when turned on. The tap itself is wobbly, not sure if this is the cause.

Leak under the kitchen sink

I have a small leak in the bathroom that I cannot see the pipe it is coming from. It drips into the kitchen and has caused damage to the ceiling. I need the leak located and repaired

Dishwasher wont drain. Basic fixes attempted, e.g removing filter and inner pipe. Highly suspect there is a blockage on the external pipe to the sink, so dishwasher may need to be pulled out and the pipe checked.
