Find an experienced local plumber in Gloucestershire

We suffer from timescale which has previously blocked filters. We can get water through the shower, cold water is perfect and pressure is great, however we only get a dribble of hot water. The bath underneath which uses the same pipe work for hot and cold works fine so I can only assume the problem is in the shower units hot water filter net. I’ve tried to access it but can’t get into it. Thanks.

In trying to replace the sink plug, the pipe underneath has sheared off in such a way that I don't have the tools or torque to separate it from the other part. I have the replacement plug and sealant, all the rest of the pipework is fine, just need help getting this one part out.
