I need a dishwasher plumbed in. There are no pipes currently but the location is next to the boiler where there are pipes

I’m trying to change my toilet seat but the fixing won’t come off. The bolt underneath is very tricky to get to and screwing from the top doesn’t achieve anything

I need a new down pipe fitting as my current one is broken. I’ve had the drain checked underneath. Cost to be amended and photos to be added soon.
