There is a leak in the pipe that pumps water in the shower

I have a few minor plumbing jobs that need doing / investigating. 1. Install new bath taps, replace existing. Access to the fittings is difficult due to installed cupboard and may require partial deconstruction. (See image). 2. Investigate and fix cause of a non working radiator. (Image of radiator attached). 3. Investigate and fix cause of low cold water pressure in an upstairs bathroom tap.

I need sink drain pipe replace as is old and leaks, also need some tidy up for the water pipes underneath kitchen sink.

The mixer taps of the bath are loose and come off . The mixer lever also keeps falling down ( The screw has come loose). The mixing is also inefficient because I can feel 2 different temperatures in the water stream. Cleaning of bathroom taps and kitchen taps for efficient water mixing also required.

UPDATE: **We are willing to pay more within reason, the job can also be done on Monday** Washing machine needs connection, see picture for current fixings (I believe a dishwasher was there previously), a new part will likely be needed, part of the waste under the sink is connected, it needs to be connected to the waste running outside, the washing machine will need to be connected to this waste, a new trap will likely be needed, see photos for current set up. I will be able to pick up the parts if needed.

We need an experienced plumber to install a wet room and remove a bathtub. The wet room is for a disabled relative so we will need a rail put up.
