I have mounted the new radiator on the wall. Pipes need to go through a stud wall and connect to another rad which is approximately 1.6m away. The heating system is pressurised by a cylinder replacing the header tank. I have rad values and a few lengths of 1m cooper pipes which can be used.

I need a Plumber to help replace showers and mixer tap in bath room and also replace individual taps on the sink to a mixer tap. All taps and shower heads already purchased. I also need the Garden tap head changed .

My toilet is blocked and needs to be unblocked please

The kitchen sink is blocked, and a plumber came to work on it. After inspecting the situation, he suggested that the blockage could be in the external drainage, which is linked to my neighbour's system. Despite his efforts to clear the blockage from the kitchen sink and our drainage, the issue remains unresolved.

I have a few minor plumbing jobs that need doing / investigating. 1. Install new bath taps, replace existing. Access to the fittings is difficult due to installed cupboard and may require partial deconstruction. (See image). 2. Investigate and fix cause of a non working radiator. (Image of radiator attached). 3. Investigate and fix cause of low cold water pressure in an upstairs bathroom tap.

There is a leak in the kitchen ceiling and cooker hood. This was previously investigated and was felt to be coming from the bathroom sink. The valves were replaced which I thought had resolved the issue but it did not. There is also a build up of water that collects in the bottom cabinet of the fridge. I would need someone professional at fixing this issue.

My toilet flapper seal is letting water come through into the bowl. I attempted to twist out current push mechanism to change it however it’s stuck, it won’t twist anymore - so this needs to be removed and a new one fitting (assuming that’s what needs to be done to sort the leak issue?) Help/advise welcome, happy to purchase replacement part if that’s what’s needed for someone with more know how to fit. Thanks Stefan
